Personal, Company and Customer Information
Commercial Grade Software, Inc. (CGS) will not sell, giveaway or provide any personal or corporate client information to any third party without written permission from the client. This includes business information learned through the course of consultation and extends to owner, administrative, staff, and member information and data generated in the course of services rendered.

Further, Commercial Grade Software, Inc. uses all reasonable precautions to protect our clients and public viewers from attempts to exploit information not designed for general public use. We constantly strive to remain current on security issues in the technologies we provide.

Cookies and Security
At one time cookies posed a serious security risk because web site developers abused them, storing private information inside a cookie (a simple file on your hard drive.)  Together with another weakness, that is browsers allowing any web page to see cookies from other sites, data harvesting became a serious security threat.  Cookies no longer pose such a security risk because modern browsers restrict sites from seeing other cookies and most web site developers are aware that cookies should NEVER store personal information. 

We use cookies correctly and safely.  Our cookies hold a harmless session number which uniquely identifies you to our web servers so that every time you access a web page we know you are the same person.  Without cookies other techniques would have to be used which pose their own security risks.
